Lalita has 20 years experience in Investment Banking. Over the years in Investment Banking, she has successfully built strong relationships within the financial industry across US, Asia and Europe.
Her career in investment banking has given her opportunities to meet people at different levels and understand their thinking, behavior and how each of their value system and experience affect their performance and job satisfaction level.
During the course of her career, and in the many assignments, she was the only woman in her team and many other times she was the first woman to perform that role. As a woman, the challenge and growth for her was about gaining maximum impact and influence as a woman in a male dominated environment, getting greater exposure and profile within the organization and being herself, playing to her strengths and having her own personal brand within the organizational framework.
